I praise God for the movement that He is showing in my life in the midst of my mental health challenges. Last Sunday, I had a panic attack during the service and I just felt that I needed to seek out more intensive help, so that I wouldn’t spiral into a decision that would be permanently harmful to me. I admitted myself to Oakwood Springs and I spent 5 days there as an inpatient in their hospital. I was discharged on Friday after being equipped with coping skills, experiencing group therapy, and specifying a safety plan for my life once I left the hospital. God has blessed me with a mindset of hope & optimism for my future and I am believing that this will continue. The prayers that have covered me during this time is truly incredible.
