Ive been struggling with anxiety and feeling depressed lately when it comes to work and my home life. Im also on a fitness journey and I’m struggling to not use food to cope with my feelings. My financial situation isn’t the best. I’d just like to feel in control and relaxed, but I’m currently feeling overwhelmed and like I’m drowning in stress. I’m new to religion and going to church, but it does make me feel better because with God loving people.
