Prayer Request for Tatum and Our Family:
I am asking for prayer for my daughter, Tatum. She MATTERS deeply to me—her mental health matters to me! God CHOSE me to be her mom, and I am so grateful for that honor, even when the journey is hard. I confess that I don’t always handle our arguments with the grace I know God desires. Lord, please help me to know when to step back, especially when Tatum wants to have the last word. Give me wisdom, patience, and Your peace.
I am standing on God’s Word:
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding.” — Proverbs 3:5
This scripture is my anchor when I struggle to understand Tatum’s actions. God reminds me to TRUST Him, even when I can’t make sense of what’s happening. The pain of not having answers is so deep, but I know God is my comforter and the supplier of all our needs.
We have sought help, even taking Tatum to Riley’s Emergency Department, searching for answers. But above all, I am learning to trust that God is working, even when I can’t see it. I believe this storm will make us stronger, and that God will use our story to bless others walking a similar path.
Please pray for Tatum’s healing, for wisdom and strength for me as her mom, and for God’s peace to fill our home. Pray that God’s love and grace would cover us, and that He would use our journey for His glory and to help others.
