I am struggling with unforgiveness and resentment towards family members that seem to reject my faith and any growth and progress in my life. My heart is judgemental towards them especially because I feel like my faith is a good thing, and why would they want anything else for me? I pray every day that my kids would follow Christ and finish the race, and that they would be fruitful. I can’t help but wonder how my family can continue to squander the opportunities and gifts God has given them through having children and grandchildren that love Jesus. I know what these family members struggled with and continue to deal with and I know they need JESUS more than anything else in this world. It is hard for me to lay down my pride and love them and serve them. Please pray The Holy Spirit will help me through this because I know my heart is not right towards them. I also do not want the legacy of their faith to touch my family. Please pray for protection from the legacy of doubt, sin, witchcraft, and apathy when it comes to faith. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
