Church I am asking prayer today for myself. A scan has revealed an area of concern on my lungs. The insurance company is denying the additional tests needed. My doctor is in communication with them and working to get the tests covered. Another praise report, all glory to God for connecting me to a church that believes in the power of prayer. I asked everyone to pray for me as I entered into a series of interviews for a job opportunity that was brought to me. I’ve been fasting and praying asking God for his guidance and a discernment to make the right decisions. I made it through the first rounds, have had a phone conversation with the hiring manager who seems to have a positive attitude. Today at 9:30am I have a panel interview with the hiring manager and two other leaders. I’m asking that fear and doubt will flee, and that I have the confidence to speak my truth of past experiences and the why I am a good fit for this position with a boldness that only God can give. At the beginning of our 21 Days of Fasting I asked for prayer for my cousin who lives in TX that was in the hospital very ill and having all kinds of testing done to reach a formal diagnosis. We want Jacob to have a relationship with us, his brother, Paul Kaplan, his grandparents Heriberto-Lucia Pena, his mother, Yeshenia Pena, and stepdad, Chris Whitehead. We found Jacob Kaplan at Target on Christmas Eve, but now his dad, Ben Kaplan chewed him out because he spent time with us and Jacob cut us off again. He disappeared again and we are tormented. We want him to live with us and come back home now that his girlfriend went back home to live with her parents. Arriana Tyler, the girlfriend cut us off and cut off Jacob's friends: Avery, Joshua, Kevin, and Jackson. Everyone is hurting. At least we want for Jacob Kaplan to talk to us. Jacob was close to all of us until Arriana Tyer showed up and Jacob started talking to his dad.
Ben was a violent man that beat his former wife and the boys physically in the past. We were all free and now Jacob is living with him, a very controlling man.
We are all deeply concerned about what this unstable man can do. We really want Jacob to come back to live with us in Tomball for his safety. Jacob has long hair. He's never had long hair. Ben is a very vengeful man. Paul Kaplan, the brother, is in agony that his dad picked up Jacob to take him to live with him. Paul is upset his dad lied to his brother Jacob that his stepdad is going to hurt him and beat him. Ben Kaplan tried to kill Yeshenia, but failed because she is always surrounded by people that love her. Ben is angry with rage that he couldn't win sole custody in the courts sueing her for the boys 14 years. Now, he wants to keep Jacob in a codependent relationship. For 4 days we looked for Jacob and now he doesn't work there. If we don't hear from him then we will call the police to make sure he is fine, healthy, and not harmed by his father that has led a very violent life. Our family and his guy friends are suffering so much. Jacob was so happy we found him and spent time with him. Now, he's missing again from our lives. Bad things are happening since he has his first girlfriend, Arriana Tyler. She doesn't have a job or go to college. She is always just watching Korean soap operas and on her phone doing Instagram.

I am asking for prayers for my 83 year old cousin. She has dementia and has fallen 3 times in the last 3 days. She has two sons, one of which she has accused of stealing from her (the dementia does this), and the other son takes advantage of her financially. Therefore she has her grandson, Aaron, and me, as her temporary guardians. She is currently living at an assisted living facility just north of the MWC campus. My heart breaks for her and I'm concerned for her well-being in the near future. I am asking for your prayers to help us collectively decide the best course of action for all of her needs. Aaron is not equipped to have her living with him and his family. I have the space but it would literally upend our lives to have her come live with us. Your prayers are appreciated.

I need prayers that my great- nephew can remain in my custody where he is safe, happy, and in a stable environment. That the outside forces trying to take him away realize that they need to do what is best for him and not for them or their wallets.
