My mother in law is experiencing major medical concerns. They have found a mass on her pancreas that is extremely suspicious for cancer. We are awaiting official results from the biopsy she had performed on Wednesday. Church family. I have been experiencing physical difficulty over the past year. There have been many, many scans a variety of tests and bloodwork. Specialists are attempting to determine what is going on. So far, it's been ruling out this or that. I have come to accept that the process requires significant patience as there are many unknowns. God has been so good to me calming my heart. He created provisions for my finances and secured my job over this past year as the company I work for restructured and jobs were lost. I know He is with me. I'm praying that if it is His will, God heals me fully. I’m going thru a really bad slump, I need prayer to help me break out of this depression I’m going through. Being a single mom and not having any help is really weighing on me. I am asking for prayer for my daughter, Tatum. She MATTERS deeply to me—her mental health matters to me! God CHOSE me to be her mom, and I am so grateful for that honor, even when the journey is hard. I confess that I don’t always handle our arguments with the grace I know God desires. Lord, please help me to know when to step back, especially when Tatum wants to have the last word. Give me wisdom, patience, and Your peace.

This scripture is my anchor when I struggle to understand Tatum’s actions. God reminds me to TRUST Him, even when I can’t make sense of what’s happening. The pain of not having answers is so deep, but I know God is my comforter and the supplier of all our needs.
We have sought help, even taking Tatum to Riley’s Emergency Department, searching for answers. But above all, I am learning to trust that God is working, even when I can’t see it. I believe this storm will make us stronger, and that God will use our story to bless others walking a similar path.
Please pray for Tatum’s healing, for wisdom and strength for me as her mom, and for God’s peace to fill our home. Pray that God’s love and grace would cover us, and that He would use our journey for His glory and to help others.
